I wear many hats; a mom of three, a wife, a daughter, a sister, yoga instructor, doula, volunteer, manager and so on. I’ve been an athlete most of my life, I discovered Yoga in 2004 and haven’t looked back. I have always had a passion for helping people, children included. I started teaching Yoga to children in 2008 with just my intuition to guide those teachings. In 2009 I attended my first yoga teacher training, and started to teach a bit more seriously. I now specialize in restorative yoga classes and children’s yoga classes which offers a unique balance of playful and soulful to my teaching. With my passion for wellness and strong intuition it felt very natural to be educated and trained as a Doula. I realised how sacred and intimate it is to be carrying a new life, and how scary it can be. In 2010 I volunteered for a birth companion program and my passion was ignited. My role as a Doula is support your family based on your needs. I come with a bag full of education, tools and resources. I offer consistent, balanced and reliable emotional support. I foster informed choices with you and your family and help navigate the ebbs and flows of pre-natal, birth and post-partum.

I started being involved with programs in my community when I was quite young. While I was still in Cégep I was fortunate to be a co-founder of a program in my home town, to help young children who were having trouble meeting the developmental milestones. Together with a team of incredible professionals ranging from behavioral therapists, speech therapists and more we developed a program to amalgamate theses children into the regular school system. It was a clear choice for me to pursue an education in Psychology. With my experience and education, I have been able to develop critical thinking and clear focus when taking on a support role. In addition to my Doula training and 3 yoga teacher trainings, I believe my background has enabled me to offer the best care for the clients I support be it through my yoga classes, workshops or my incredible Doula clients.
